Real Maryland fried chicken. Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs |
2 cups whole milk |
4 cups flour |
2 tablespoons old bay seasoning |
2 tablespoons paprika |
2 1/2 teaspoons sage |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons pepper |
oil, to deep fry |
Directions:
1. Wash the chicken parts and pat dry. 2. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Dip chicken into milk and dredge in flour mixture. Repeat. 3. Deep fry at 360°F for 20 minutes. |
