Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup. butter
  • 1 cup. sugar
  • 1/2 cup. egg substitute (or 2 eggs)
  • 2 cup. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, sugar, and eggs.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend with handmixer until bananas are broken up.
  4. Divide into 3 greased mini loaf pans.
  5. Bake 350 degrees for 40-60 mins, checking periodically with a knife.
