Maple Walnut Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves

Directions:

  1. Bake potatoes at 400 degrees for 60 minutes or until soft; cool.
  2. Peel and mash then add maple syrup, butter, salt and cloves.
  3. Beat till blended an place in a casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle with walnuts.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees until hot (approximately 15 minutes).
