Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water with 1 tbsp olive oil. drain, return to pot and dot with 2 tbsp of butter. shake pot well, cover and keep warm.
  2. Melt remaining butter in a skillet, stir in mushroom and fry for 2 minutes. stir in the shrimp, remove the pot from the heat and set aside.
  3. Make sauce: Melt butter in pan. Stir in flour. stir for 1 minute then gradually pour on the milk, stirring constantly. cook sauce for 3 minutes, then pour in the cream and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms, shrimp and pasta.
  4. Spray a round shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Pour in the pasta mixture and spread evenly. sprinkle on the parmesan cheese. Srinkle with oregano.
  5. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes, until the top is golden.
