Ingredients:

  • 1/4 small onion, grated
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup. milk
  • 1- 1 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil pasta according to pkg. directions
  2. Drain and rinse well with cold water.
  3. Drain well again.
  4. Mix all ingredients in non-reactive bowl
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. Chill at least 1 hour before serving
