Ingredients:

  • 1 can of chick peas (garbanzo's) drained with liquid reserved
  • 2 cups of cooked cauliflower (cook it until it is soft enough to mash with a fork)
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed (i love garlic-use however much you like)
  • 1.5 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tsp of cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a food processor blend the cauliflower and garbanzo's until mixed and chunky
  2. Add everything else except the reserved liquid
  3. Start blending adding the reserved liquid a little at a time until it is the consistency you like
  4. ENJOY!
