Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/3 cups natural bran
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup splenda granular

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients, mix together, bake at 400 for ~13 minutes.
