Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/3 cups natural bran
1/2 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon flax seed
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup splenda granular
Directions:
1. mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients, mix together, bake at 400 for ~13 minutes.
