1 1/3 cups natural bran |
1/2 cup skim milk |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 egg whites |
1 tablespoon flax seed |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 cup canned pumpkin |
1/2 cup splenda granular |
Directions:
1. mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients, mix together, bake at 400 for ~13 minutes. |
