Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the potatoes and onion in water or broth.
  2. Once they are cooked, puree them with a blender.
  3. Leave the mixture over the heat and add the cabbage, carrots and turnip.
  4. Bring to the boil and then leave to simmer.
  5. Add the pasta and allow to cook.
  6. Add salt to taste.
