Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet or Wok add water and boulion
  2. Add onion, sprouts,slaw, garlic, onions cook down for a few minutes
  3. Add sliced mushrooms salt and pepper
  4. Let it all cook down
  5. Add cayenne
  6. Add cheeses
  7. Let cool
  8. Once cool wrap into eggroll wrappers according to directions on package
  9. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  10. Spray with cooking spray
  11. Bake on 400 for 20 minutes turning them over after 10 and spraying the other side with cooking spray
