Lofat Veggie Eggrolls-ww Friendly

I was looking for something yummy and lofat that I could snack on. I wanted something healthy that was low in Weight Watchers Points. This recipe comes out to 4 points plus (new program) for 3 eggrolls.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
boulion cube
lg chopped onion
12 oz bag of bean sprouts
12 oz bag of broccoli slaw (you can also use cole slaw mix)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup green onions
cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (you can add more if you want them spicy)
2/3 cup fat free feta (optional)
1/3 cup fat free mozerella (oftional)
salt and pepper to your taste
egg roll wrappers
cooking spray
parchment paper
Directions:
1. In a large skillet or Wok add water and boulion
2. add onion, sprouts,slaw, garlic, onions cook down for a few minutes
3. add sliced mushrooms salt and pepper
4. let it all cook down
5. add cayenne
6. add cheeses
7. let cool
8. once cool wrap into eggroll wrappers according to directions on package
9. place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
10. spray with cooking spray
11. bake on 400 for 20 minutes turning them over after 10 and spraying the other side with cooking spray
