Ingredients:

  • 6 scallions , root ends and tough green tops removed, thinly sliced

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the scallions and fry until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and allow to cool, then transfer to a heatproof jar.
