Lime-Basil Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup coconut milk , i used silk brand
  • 1 cup key lime juice , i used nellie and joe's
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 can sweetend condensed low fat milk
  • 1 bunch(es) lime-basil leaves
  • 2 package small graham cracker crusts

Directions:

  1. Blend the first 6 ingredients until smooth. Stop the blending while there are still bits of Lime-Basil in the mix. Chill the mix until you are ready to put it in the ice-cream freezer.
  2. Freeze according to the directions for your ice-cream freezer.
  3. The recipe will fill two packages of small graham cracker crusts with enough left over to sample while you clean the ice-cream freezer.
