Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup(s) coconut milk, i used silk brand |
1 cup(s) key lime juice, i used nellie and joe's |
8 ounce(s) neufchatel |
1 dash(es) salt |
1 can(s) sweetend condensed low fat milk |
1 bunch(es) lime-basil leaves, about a handful |
2 package(s) small graham cracker crusts |
Directions:
1. Blend the first 6 ingredients until smooth. Stop the blending while there are still bits of Lime-Basil in the mix. Chill the mix until you are ready to put it in the ice-cream freezer. 2. Freeze according to the directions for your ice-cream freezer. 3. The recipe will fill two packages of small graham cracker crusts with enough left over to sample while you clean the ice-cream freezer. |
