  1. Drain two cans of the Rotel. Dump all three cans into blender (2 drained, 1 not drained). Add remaining ingredients. Pulse until desired consistency.
  2. Tips:.
  3. *Smoking or broiling the peppers adds a delicious flavor. Do that first, and then seed them.
  4. *Sometimes I throw in cherry tomatoes if I have them and need to use them up.
  5. *I buy cilantro by the bunch. I cut them off where they are bound, and then wash them. I then take half the bunch and throw the whole thing into the blender.
  6. *If I have lime, I'll squeeze half of a small lime into the salsa as well.
