Light & Tasty Spiced Apple Dessert

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour,sugar,baking soda,cinnamon & salt.
  2. Combine egg & apples; add to flour mixture & mix well. Stir in walnuts.
  3. Transfer to a sprayed 8 inch square baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream or pour some caramel sauce over it & enjoy.
  4. Makes 9 servings.
