Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine dry ingredients.
  3. Combine wet ingredients (except berries).
  4. Mix together wet and dry ingredients. Do this in 8-10 strokes, don't overmix. If there are still bits of dry ingredients, it's okay! Add berries in last couple of strokes.
  5. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Enjoy!
