Lettuce with French Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 6 cups torn lettuce

Directions:

  1. Combine the first six ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well. serve over lettuce. Refrigerate any leftover dressing. Yield: 6 servings (3/4 cup dressing).
