Lemon Pepper Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes , per serving
  • 1 pinch lemon pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk , dependding on what consistency you like
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. First boil the potatoes until done nad cube when cooled.
  2. Melt butter in pan with lemon pepper and cooke potatoes slightly and add milk and mash to your liking add extra butter and milk as needed.
