Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Cover a baking sheet with foil. Place salmon, skin side down, on foil. Do not use oil or cooking spray on foil before placing salmon. Cut lemon in half. Drizzle salmon with juice of one half. Cut remaining lemon half into 4 wedges and set these aside. Sprinkle salmon with dill. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with fork. Cooking time may vary depending on thickness of fillets. Using a metal spatula, cut fish into serving portions, without cutting through skin. To serve, slide spatula under each portion on top of skin (which will stick to foil). Serve with lemon wedges.
