Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Crumble prepared cake to a potting soil consistency.
  2. Stir in frosting and mix until well combined.
  3. Roll mixture into golf ball size balls and spread on wax paper lined cookie sheet.
  4. Freeze balls at least 2 hours then melt bark and lemon extract in double boiler.
  5. Dip cake balls in melted chocolate then place on wax paper to harden.
  6. Garnish with grated lemon zest if desired.
