These are so much fun to make and the kids love them. Pretty on a platter, great on taste. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 box lemon cake prepared |
1 can lemon frosting |
1 package white chocolate almond bark |
1 teaspoon lemon extract |
1/4 teaspoon vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Crumble prepared cake to a potting soil consistency. 2. Stir in frosting and mix until well combined. 3. Roll mixture into golf ball size balls and spread on wax paper lined cookie sheet. 4. Freeze balls at least 2 hours then melt bark and lemon extract in double boiler. 5. Dip cake balls in melted chocolate then place on wax paper to harden. 6. Garnish with grated lemon zest if desired. |
