Lazy Caramel Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tsp flour
  • dash of maple extract or vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Make syrup on stove top. Once ready to desired thickness (about 7 minutes of boiling), place in an oven proof baking bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, stir in the dough ingredients until well blended.
  4. Spoon dough mixture into syrup.
  5. Bake pudding for 30 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
