LaVerla Cooley's Butter Danish Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cup sifted flour
  • 1 cup sifted powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add flour and blend well
  3. Shape into logs about the size of 1/2 dollar
  4. Refrigerate ( 2 hrs 2 weeks)
  5. Slice 1/4 inch think
  6. Bake at 350 on ungreased cookie sheet 810 minutes
  7. Bake small amount at a time
