Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 lbs hamburger
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt (i like
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Directions:

  1. Combine eggs, oatmeal, milk, worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, pepper, mustard, onion. Mix with hamburger. Pat into loaf pan. Bake 350 for one hour. Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Spread over meatloaf. Bake 20-25 minutes longer.
