Ingredients:

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/8 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar and baking powder in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix margarine, eggs, vanilla and milk.
  3. Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
  4. Grease cookie sheets and drop cookies with 2 tablespoon scoop.
  5. Flatten cookies to a 3 size.
  6. Combine sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over top of each cookie.
  7. Bake at 350 for 16 minutes.
