Directions:

  1. Place the fish on a foil wrapped cookie sheet.
  2. Slather mayonnaise on fish.
  3. Place sautéed onions on top and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top to cover.
  4. Broil-I can't give you a time, you just have to watch it until the edges are cooked through, and the bread crumbs look fabulous!
