This Chef (who isn't on the channel anymore) made the most amazing fish. Needless to say, we made it that night at 3 am. -and still make it today. Ingredients:
4 white fish fillets |
mayonnaise |
caramelized onion |
breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Place the fish on a foil wrapped cookie sheet. 2. Slather mayonnaise on fish. 3. Place sautéed onions on top and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top to cover. 4. Broil-I can't give you a time, you just have to watch it until the edges are cooked through, and the bread crumbs look fabulous! |
