Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut tomatoes and mushrooms into chunks. Add to a baking dish along with lamb meat and artichokes.
  2. Chop garlic and add to dish.
  3. Add olive oil and feta.
  4. Add seasoning, salt & pepper.
  5. Stir ingredients until well mixed.
  6. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes, or until meat is at preferred tenderness.
