This is a simple dish to make, and quite delicious! Ingredients:
1 lb lamb stew meat (or beef) |
3 roma tomatoes |
4 ounces portabella mushrooms |
14 ounces quartered artichokes |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
6 ounces feta cheese |
1 tablespoon mrs. dash seasoning mix |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut tomatoes and mushrooms into chunks. Add to a baking dish along with lamb meat and artichokes. 2. Chop garlic and add to dish. 3. Add olive oil and feta. 4. Add seasoning, salt & pepper. 5. Stir ingredients until well mixed. 6. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes, or until meat is at preferred tenderness. |
