Ingredients:

  • 500 g beef
  • 20 g ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 10 g garlic
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except sesame oil and chili sauce. cook until beef is tender(30-40min), adding water to make sure it doesn't dry up. mix togetehr sesame oil and chili sauce and add into dish. cook for a further 5-10min.
