Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp caramel extract

Directions:

  1. Blend together sugar, butter, and eggs. Add dry ingredients, then the mashed bananas, chopped nuts, vanilla and caramel extract. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 375°F degrees for 1 hour.
