Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients as listed in a small jar with a tight fitting lid (baby food jars work well).
  2. Shake mixture to combine. Stores for months. Keep out of direct sunlight, heat and humidity.
  3. Make a batter in a bowl by mixing in water(or sparking) or milk or beer
  4. Dip your veggies in one at a time
  5. Broccoli, cauliflower, aubergine, onion, carrots, tofu, potato, peppers, okra, baby sweetcorn, frozen spinich, garlic cloves, courgettes
  6. No vegetables?... try a slice of bread cut into 2 or 4 peices
  7. Drop coated veggies into batter and deep fry over medium heat
  8. Cook for a few minutes depending on the vegetable
  9. Alternatively bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Remove and drain on kitchen paper before serving
