Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine meat, onion, salt, pepper and Tabasco in a skillet; brown.
  2. Cover and let simmer while making fry bread.
  3. -Fry bread (Directions) -.
  4. Beat eggs; add milk.
  5. Stir in baking powder, flour, salt; mix well.
  6. Roll out very thin on a floured board.
  7. Cut into desired shapes.
  8. Cut a slash in center of each.
  9. Fry in oil until brown.
  10. Drain on paper towels.
  11. These are crisp tacos.
  12. When fry bread is done, layer with meat, beans, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Enjoy!
