Indian Style Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 15 large mushrooms
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 slice brown bread
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 4 tbsp cilantro

Directions:

  1. Remove Stems carefully and chop finely.In a bowl mix choppede mushrooms, bread crumbs, cheese, olive oil( 6 table spoons), crushed garlic and chopped cilantro. Heat oven to 200C. Brush the mushrooms with olive oil and then stuff the mushrooms with the filling.Cook in middle of oven for 20 minuites. Squeeze fresh lemon on top when ready Enjoy!!!
