Ingredients:

  • 3 a cup. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. margarine or butter
  • 1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
  • 2 litre/z tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease pie plate 9x1 1A or 10x1 ¥2 inches.
  3. Beat all ingredients until smooth 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand beater.
  4. Pour into plate and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes.
  5. High altitude: heat oven to 375 and bake 45-50 minutes.
