Something different to put on the table instead of regular pumpkin pie Ingredients:
3a c. sugar |
2 tsp. vanilla |
1/2 c. bisquick baking mix |
2 t. margarine or butter |
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk |
2 eggs |
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin |
2 l/z tsp. pumpkin pie spice |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Grease pie plate 9x1 1A or 10x1 ¥2 inches. 3. Beat all ingredients until smooth 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand beater. 4. Pour into plate and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes. 5. High altitude: heat oven to 375 and bake 45-50 minutes. |
