  1. Fry the bacon until crisp. Drain, crumble, and reserve.
  2. Boil the noodles for 15 minutes or so until done in salted water, and drain.
  3. Mix the noodles with the bacon drippings in the pan. Add the sour cream, cottage cheese, and dill. Mix in the bacon, and serve.
  4. We ate at a Hungarian restaurant in Chicago, and this was listed on the menu as an appetizer, so we ordered it. She brought a huge salad bowl heaped full of these noodles. How they thought we were supposed to eat all these, plus the goulash and the porkolt AND dessert, I have no idea. Decadent doesn't even begin to describe these noddles.
