Ingredients:

  • 1 package chicken wings
  • 1 bottle durkee's sauce

Directions:

  1. Prepare the chicken wings by by splitting them in half at the knuckle.
  2. Fill the deep fryer with peanut oil (It is best to do this outside because it can get messy).
  3. Let the oil heat up.
  4. Once the oil is hot, put the chicken wings in the basket and lower them in.
  5. The wings should be cooked long enough to be crispy on the outside but not too long so as to make them overcooked on the inside.
  6. Once the wings are done, put the bottle of red hot sauce in a large freezer bag and shake the wings in the sauce.
  7. That's all there is to it.
  8. This is a great weekend dish.
  9. Either a snack or you can add some side dishes to make it a dinner.
  10. This is better than any restaurant's hot wings!
