  1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add meat, peppers, and onion; saute until meat is hot and onion is tender. Spoon meat mixture evenly onto bottom halves of rolls. Sprinkle with oregano, if desired, and top with remaining roll halves.
