Honey Roasted New Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 10 -12 small red potatoes , about an inch in diameter
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning, such as tony chacharies
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes in an oven safe baking dish.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, stirring potatoes to coat.
  3. Add salt, pepper, sage, cajun seasoning and garlic powder being sure to sprinkle evenly.
  4. Drizzle with honey.
  5. Stir well to coat all potatoes.
  6. Bake uncovered in a 375° oven for 40-50 minutes.
  7. Serve.
