  1. Make orange and mango popsicles In a blender, whizz the mango until smooth. Stir in the orange juice, then pour into the popsicle molds. Press on the lids and transfer to the freezer overnight.
  2. Make frozen fruit and yogurt popsicles In a blender, whizz the yogurt, berries, and honey until smooth. Pour into the popsicle molds. Press on the lids and transfer to the freezer overnight.
  3. Make sparkling elderflower popsicles In a large pitcher, mix together the water and the syrup and stir until the mixture has dissolved. Pour into the popsicle molds. Press on the lids and place in the freezer overnight.
