Homemade Low-Fat Strawberry Yoghurt

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring milk to a boil in a pot.
  2. Add sugar.
  3. Allow it to simmer till it reduces to half its quantity, i.e.
  4. It should come down to 1 cup.
  5. While this is being done, chop strawberries.
  6. Process strawberries in a blender until they are pureed.
  7. Remove the sweetened milk into a medium sized mixing bowl.
  8. Add strawberry puree.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Transfer this strawberry yogurt to serving dishes.
  11. Cover and refrigerate.
  12. Serve chilled with a slit strawberry sitting on the rim of the serving bowl.
