Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash chicken and remove bag of parts from cavity. Throw them away. Wash inside of chicken.
  2. Put chicken in large pot and cover with water.
  3. Bring water to boil.
  4. Turn water down and gently cook for 1 hour - chicken should be falling off the bones.
  5. Take chicken out of water and allow to cool.
  6. Add to water: Chopped up onion, Can of diced tomatoes, Chopped carrots, 1 tsp of Better than Bouillon (taste to see if more is needed).
  7. Break up chicken and pull all meat off bones into very small pieces.
  8. Put chicken pieces back into stock.
  9. Cook for another hour.
  10. Cook a box of orzo noodles separately, rinse, add to stock. - Orzos are going to grow so don't add TOO much.
  11. EAT.
