Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Put the chicken, carrots, celery, and onion in a large pot and cover with cold water.
  2. 2. Heat and simmer, uncovered until the chicken meat falls off the bone. Skim off foam every so often.
  3. 3. Take everything out of the pot and strain the broth.
  4. 4. Pick the meat off the bones and chop the carrots, celery and onion.
  5. 5. Season the broth with salt, pepper, and chicken bouillon to taste.
  6. 6. Return all ingredients to the pot, stir together, and serve.
