Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/8 cup powdered milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Melt margarine in pan.
  2. Add flour and mix until smooth.
  3. Combine milks and add to flour slowly, stir constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
