Very Tasty, I have been looking for this for years. I finally found it in a Richard Simmons Never Say Diet Cookbook. I don't use butter because I have high cholesterol. Ingredients:
1/2 tablespoon margarine |
1/2 tablespoon flour |
1/4 cup nonfat milk |
1/8 cup powdered milk |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in pan. 2. Add flour and mix until smooth. 3. Combine milks and add to flour slowly, stir constantly. 4. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. |
