Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup wheat germ
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup flax seed
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • dried fruit (optional)
  • spices (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Combine wet ingredients.
  3. Mix together.
  4. Bake in preheated 300° F oven for 1 hour.
