Herbed Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion (chopped )
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp tarragon

Directions:

  1. Saute chopped onion and sliced mushrooms in butter until soft in small saucepan.
  2. Dissolve cornstarch in chicken broth and stir into onion mix. Add tarragon and stir until thickened.
