Herb Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs nugget new potatoes (about 16 small potatoes)
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Wash and dry potatoes.
  2. Add all ingredients in a 8x8 glass baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Stir occasionally.
